Jaytivity Productions ("we", "us", "our") is a freelance video production business operated by Jide Akinrinade, based in London, United Kingdom. We are the data controller responsible for personal data collected through this website and during our engagements.

We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months from last contact. Project and billing records are retained for at least 7 years to meet UK tax and accounting requirements. Raw footage and project files are archived for 90 days after final delivery unless long-term archival has been agreed in writing.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.
